Every member of staff was extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. This is my third mini and I've always had a good experience at Worcester over the years

Thomas Mullen, Luke Crumpton- all of the staff actually- were friendly, easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. They were always contactable if I had any queries. The unveiling of my car at the dealership was wonderful.
